  • 5 Stem(s) Thyme, oregano and basil
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 TABLESPOONS good olive oil
  • 400 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Wash herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop. Peel onion, cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut the chilli lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine rings.

    Mix herbs, onion, chilli, garlic and oil. Dice cheese and soak in the herb oil for at least 30 minutes.
