Ingredients

Servings: 250
  • 1 red onion
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 50 ml Orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Cream butter in a mixing bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add onion, olive oil and orange juice and mix in. Season with salt and pepper

    Line 3 small tureen moulds (150 ml capacity each) or another mould with foil and spread butter in it. Cover and put in a cold place
