Clean, wash and chop the peppers and zucchini. Peel and chop the onion. Fry everything in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Dust with flour, sweat it. Add 350 ml water, cream and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Rinse fish, pat dry, cut into 8 pieces. Fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil per side for 2-3 minutes, season. Wash dill, cut finely and stir into vegetables. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.
Do everything. Potatoes go with it.
