  • 150 g frozen raspberries
  • 130 g Double-Chocolate-Cookies
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 300 g Vanilla curd

Directions

    Let the berries thaw a little. Crumble the biscuits roughly. Whip cream until stiff and fold into the quark.

    Layer vanilla cream, thawed berries and cookie crumbs in a bowl.
