Raspberry Red Wine Slushy

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Glasses (approx. 300 ml each)
  • 500 g Raspberries (TK)
  • 400 ml vin rouge léger et fruité
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Agave syrup
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package/s Vanilla sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking cocoa

Directions

    Let the raspberries thaw. Purée finely with red wine and agave syrup using a hand blender. Divide the slushy into four glasses.

    Whip cream with vanilla sugar and cocoa until stiff. Pour into a piping bag with a small perforated spout and squirt large tuffs onto the slushys.
