Ingredients

Servings: 500
  • 300 g Berries (e.g. currants, gooseberries, raspberries and blackberries)
  • 200 ml Cranberry nectar
  • 1 package Vanilla sauce powder
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar

Directions

    Select the berries, wash and drain if necessary. Boil up the cranberry nectar to about 5 tablespoons. Stir the rest of the nectar with vanilla sauce powder and sugar until smooth. Stir into the boiling nectar and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring.

    Remove from heat, fold in the fruit and allow to cool.
