Drain the silverskin onions. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Clean, wash, spin dry and cut into strips. Mix chilli sauce and 1-2 tbsp. water. Mix silver onions, paprika, iceberg lettuce and chilli sauce.
Dab the steak dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the steak strips for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast roasting. Pour salad cocktail into glasses or bowls and arrange steak strips on top. Cut toast into strips and eat with it.
