Salad with mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Kopf Lollo white-und Radicchio-Salat
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 package (125 g) small Mozzarella balls
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 potty Basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Steam in a little salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain. Clean, wash and pluck the salads into pieces. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into pieces.

    Drain the mozzarella. Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes, remove the inside. Dice tomato flesh. Wash and chop the basil, except for something to garnish. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Add oil. Fold in diced tomatoes and chopped basil. Arrange the prepared salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour the marinade over it. Garnish with basil. Serve with baguette.
