Clean, wash and cut the salad into bite-sized pieces. Peel the radish and cut it into spirals with a radish knife. Peel and finely dice shallots. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix salad, radish, salami, olives and marinade.
Peel and chop garlic. Mix the remaining olive oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cut bread into slices. Brush with garlic oil and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 250°C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 10 minutes
