Salmon sandwich rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Dill
  • 300 g Double cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 discs Sandwich bread
  • 6 discs (approx. 200 g) Smoked salmon
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Wash the dill and put something aside for garnishing. Finely chop the rest. Mix cream cheese and dill. Season to taste with pepper and salt if necessary.

    Remove the crusts from the bread and carefully roll the slices a little thinner between baking parchment with a dough roll. Spread cream cheese on the slices and place salmon on top. Roll up the bread, wrap in foil and put at least

    Chill for 1 hour. To serve, cut each roll into 3 pieces and garnish with dill.
