  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt
  • 40 g + some icing sugar
  • 40 g Flour

    Grease the bottom of a flat casserole dish (approx. 26 cm long). Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: not suitable/gas: level 2)

    Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and vanilla sugar until creamy. Beat the egg whites and salt until stiff, adding 40 g icing sugar. Carefully fold into the egg yolk mixture. Sift the flour on top and fold in

    Place 3 large dumplings in the mould with the dough card. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately. Served with: fresh plum compote
