Fry the sausage in a little oil. Peel onion, dice finely and fry in hot oil. Add caraway, sauerkraut, stock and 1/4 litre water. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into pieces.
Cook for another 3 minutes. Fry the potatoes in the remaining oil. Arrange sausages, potatoes and sauerkraut on a plate. Dust sour cream with paprika and put it on the sauerkraut
