  • 1 calorie-reduced sausage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 150 g Sauerkraut
  • 1 TEASPOON clear broth (instant)
  • 50 g red and green peppers
  • 80 g Boiled potatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON sour cream (10% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Fry the sausage in a little oil. Peel onion, dice finely and fry in hot oil. Add caraway, sauerkraut, stock and 1/4 litre water. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into pieces.

    Cook for another 3 minutes. Fry the potatoes in the remaining oil. Arrange sausages, potatoes and sauerkraut on a plate. Dust sour cream with paprika and put it on the sauerkraut
