Ingredients

  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 1 Onion (e.g. red)
  • 1 TEASPOON vinegar, salt, pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS oil, 30 g sheep's cheese
  • 50 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1/2 disc (25 g) brown bread

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the vegetables. Rocket cleaning, washing. Peel onion, cut into rings. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 tsp. oil. Mix everything

    Mash cheese. Mix with yoghurt, season. Dice meat, put it on a skewer. Fry in 1 tsp. oil, season. Serve with salad and cheese cream. Add bread
