Mix cream cheese, milk and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Peel onion and cut into rings. Heat oil. Fry the bacon for about 4 minutes while turning it until crispy, take it out.
Fry the noodles in the same fat for about 10 minutes, turning. Wash and quarter the apple, remove the core and cut the flesh into thin slices. Fry onion and apple for the last 4 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with dip and bacon and garnish with marjoram.
