For the aioli, peel and puree the garlic. Stir with mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth, season to taste
Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. Spread each tortillas with approx. 1 tbsp. aioli, cover with 2 salad leaves and 3 slices of ham. Spread with the rest of the aioli. Roll up the tortillas firmly, cut them into 4 diagonal pieces and fix them with skewers
