Sour cream with roasted peppers, spring onions and basil

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 75 g roasted peppers (glass)
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 7-8 leaves Basil
  • 200 g sour cream

Directions

    Drain the peppers well in a sieve and dice them roughly. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash and roughly chop the basil.

    Mix the prepared ingredients with the sour cream in a bowl.
