Clean and wash the carrots and celery and do not cut them into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it. Add onion, carrots and celery and fry briefly.
Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Add tomato paste and tomatoes, chopping the tomatoes a little bit. Let the sauce simmer at low heat for 10 minutes. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes.
Season tomato sauce again with salt and pepper. Pour the pasta onto a sieve and drain. Serve the pasta with the tomato sauce. Garnish with marjoram.
