Clean and wash the zucchini and cut into long thin strips. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Add zucchini during the last 4 minutes. Then drain.
In the meantime peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Heat oil, fry onions and mushrooms until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with white wine, bring to the boil.
Warm the noodle cream in it. Season to taste again. Arrange salami with noodles and zucchini mixed together on a plate. Pour sauce over it. Serve sprinkled with oregano and coarse pepper.
