Ingredients

  • 150 g Noodles (e.g. ribbon noodles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 450 g White cabbage
  • 200 g Cabanossi Sausage
  • 2 Tomatoes (about 125 g each)
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 - 1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, clean and wash the cabbage and cut it into large pieces. Halve the sausage lengthwise and cut into slices. Wash, clean, quarter, seed and cut tomatoes into pieces. Peel onions and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry the sausage in it and take it out. Add onions to the frying fat, sprinkle with sugar and caraway seeds and fry.

    Add cabbage and fry. Stir in tomatoes and sausage, add vegetable stock and braise for about 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the noodles until crispy. Season the vegetable sausage pan with vinegar, salt and pepper. Fold under the noodles. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and garnish with parsley
