Spice oil with cinnamon stick, cloves and ginger (4 times different)

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 TEASPOON Cloves
  • 500 ml Olive oil

Directions

    Peel and halve the ginger and cut it into fine slices. Pour cinnamon, ginger and cloves into a bottle. Fill up with olive oil so that everything is covered and let it stand for 3-4 weeks

    Tip: It is quicker if you place half of the prepared bottle in a pot of water and keep it warm for 30-40 minutes shortly before boiling
