Wash the blackberries and boil with approx. 100 ml water for 10-15 minutes
Line a sieve with a gauze cloth and hang it in a bowl. Add blackberries and the resulting juice. Crush the berries and squeeze them into the cloth (or use a juicer). Drain the juice into the bowl and let it cool
Measure out 1.4 litres of juice. Mix with gelling fructose and cinnamon in a pot. Bring to the boil while stirring over high heat and cook for at least 3 minutes until bubbly
Skim jelly if necessary. Pour into prepared twist-off jars and close tightly. Let the jars cool down upside down
Shelf life 6-9 months
