For the dip, mix yoghurt, salad cream and mineral water. Season with salt, pepper, curry and sugar. Cut open the passion fruit and scrape out the pulp with a spoon. Put 1 teaspoon of passion fruit flesh aside. Stir the rest of the fruit flesh into the dip. Season again with salt and pepper
Soak rolls in water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Squeeze the bread roll. Knead minced meat, roll, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, parsley and sambal oelek. Form approx. 20 meatballs with moistened hands. Heat the oil in 2 portions in a frying pan, fry 10 balls each for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Keep warm
