Spicy sardine guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tin(s) (approx. 105 g content) Sardine fillets in oil
  • 1/2 Pot of coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 4 discs Whole grain toast

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon, crush with a fork and season with lime juice, salt and pepper

    Drain the sardines and chop them coarsely with a fork. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop the upper 1/3 finely. Mix sardines and coriander and season with paprika and a little salt
