Clean the salad, wash and drain well. Wash the strawberries, also drain well and clean. Halve or slice the strawberries according to size. Peel and halve avocados and remove the stone.
Cut halves into columns. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix vinegar, chives, salt and pepper. Finally, fold in the oil. Mix avocados, strawberries and shrimps with the vinaigrette.
Line 4 plates with salad leaves and arrange the salad on top. Fish baguette tastes good with it.
