Wash the strawberries, dab dry. Put 3 strawberries aside for decoration, puree the remaining strawberries with the chopping stick. Wash lemon with hot water, rub dry. Peel about 1/4 of the peel thinly and cut into fine strips.
Mix the lemon zest with the sour cream and fill into a bowl. Add the strawberry puree. Mix the puree and cream with a spoon to form a pattern. Decorate with remaining strawberries and a lemon peel spiral.
