Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Wash the apples and grate them dry. Cut a lid off the apples. Remove the core with an apple corer. Hollow out apples with a ball cutter so that only a narrow edge remains. Drizzle apples with lemon juice
Chop the apple flesh finely. Mix muesli, chopped apple, almonds and jam and fill into the hollowed apples. Place the apples in an ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Put the apple lid into the pan halfway through the cooking time
Mix yoghurt, milk and honey. Stir in sauce powder. Arrange baked apples with the sauce and serve warm
