Place slices of bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil and roast in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 3-4 minutes until light brown.
Peel the garlic, halve it and rub it with the cut surface over the bread. Drizzle bread with white wine and cover with cheese. Bake at the same temperature for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with coarse pepper and garnish with corn salad, paprika and pearl onions.
