Ingredients

  • 60 g Danish cucumber salad (glass)
  • 300 g Rump steak
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Danish remoulade
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions
  • 4 very fresh egg yolks (Gr. M)

Directions

    Drain the cucumbers well. Put some slices aside, chop the rest finely.

    Cut off the fat edge of the rump steak. Wash the meat, pat dry, dice and then chop finely. Mix with 1 tbsp. remoulade. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange tartar with roasted onions, chopped cucumber and cucumber slices, rest tartar sauce and egg yolk.
