Clean, wash and slice the peppers. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Roast slices of toast in a toaster and brush with butter. Pour the tuna on a sieve.
Spread the tuna, peppers and Edam cheese on the toasts and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 4 minutes. Sprinkle the toasts with chives.
