Ingredients

Servings: 300
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 35 g Butter
  • 1⁄4 Tsp Sea salt

Directions

    Caramelise the sugar in a pot until golden brown. Add whipped cream. Add butter and sea salt. Simmer caramel over low heat while stirring until a thick sauce is formed. Let it cool down.

    Fill into clean bottles and close them. Keeps refrigerated for about 2 weeks.
