Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. First fry the zucchini slices, then the mushroom slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the tomatoes and cut a slice in the middle. Cover the tomato base with slices of zucchini and mushrooms. Cover with tomato slice and burger and finish with the tomato lid.
