Ingredients

Servings: 25
  • 3 Rice wafers (approx. 25 g)
  • 50 g roasted and
  • 7-10 Tbsp salted almonds
  • 50 g roasted and
  • 7-10 Tbsp salted peanuts
  • 150 g dried
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cranberries
  • 50 g Salt pretzels
  • 100 g cold
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marzipan paste
  • 6 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 200 g Peanut cream (glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil

Directions

    Finely chop rice wafers, almonds, peanuts, cranberries and pretzels. Coarsely grate marzipan. Put all ingredients with honey, peanut cream and oil in a bowl and knead with your hands. Form the mixture into approx. 25 balls, place on a large plate and chill for approx. 1 hour.
