Vegetable soup with tortelloni

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (225 g) Pre-cooked meat tortelloni (from the refrigerator)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) small zucchini
  • 2 can(s) (each 425 ml, 400 ml) Broccoli-Creme-Suppe
  • some stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Heat tortelloni in boiling salted water for 1 minute, drain, rinse with cold water and drain well. Clean, wash and dice the zucchini. Heat soup and 100 ml water.

    Add the zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the tortelloni to the soup and heat up as well. Sprinkle with basil leaves.
