Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers, except for something to garnish them. Cut olives into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and briefly sauté the bell peppers while turning them. Add olives and aiwar, bring to the boil and keep the sauce warm.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages for about 10 minutes while turning them until crispy. Arrange sausages and sauce on sausage boards, dust with curry and garnish with paprika.
