Cook the pasta in 2-3 l boiling salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet. For the dressing wash and chop the thyme. Peel and chop the garlic. Puree half the cheese with milk, thyme and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Clean, wash and chop the cucumber and paprika. Peel onions, cut into fine rings. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Sort spinach, wash and drain. Halve olives. Crumble remaining cheese. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water and mix with all ingredients.
