  • 50 g Wholemeal bread
  • 1 washer (approx. 12 g) cooked ham
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 4 g Beetroot sprouts
  • 4 g Radish sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cover wholemeal bread with the cooked ham. Heat oil in a pan and fry a fried egg in it. Spread the sprouts on the ham and place the fried egg on top. Arrange on a plate and garnish with coarse pepper and parsley.
