Ingredients

  • 300 g Wild herb salad
  • 4 fresh figs
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Dijon mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON wise balsamic
  • 50 ml Water
  • 50 ml mazzetti balsamico
  • 50 ml Gaea olive oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt & pepper
  • 50 g Ham strips

Directions

    Cleanse the wild herbs. Cut the figs into quarters. Mix mustard and balsamic vinegar well, then spread the figs and marinate them.

    Preparation Dressing: Puree all ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Dresser: First spread the salad on the plates, then the dressing. Finally, place the marinated figs on the salad. Pluck the ham into small pieces and also spread them on the salad.
