Ingredients

  • 200 g dried plums, apricots and dates (without stone)
  • 100 g Almond kernels (without skin)
  • 350–400 g Bacon (in slices)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Fill plums, apricots and dates each with 1 almond stone.

    Line two baking trays with baking paper. Halve the bacon slices. Wrap one half each around the filled fruits. Distribute on the baking trays. Grill one after the other under the hot grill of the oven for 5-7 minutes until the bacon is crispy, turning after about 3 minutes.
