Put 1 cold espresso and 1 ice cube in a glass (approx. 100 ml). Then pour 1-2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into the glass.
Chop dark chocolate, dissolve in hot whipped cream and chill for at least 2 hours. Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in each of the glasses and top up with cold coffee. Whip the chocolate cream and divide into the glasses with a piping bag. Sprinkle with dessert chocolate sauce.
Pour crushed ice (to approx. 3⁄4) and cold frothed milk one after the other into the glass. Slowly pour 1 cold espresso into the milk foam to allow three layers to form.
