Remove the outer leaves from the lemon grass. Wash lemon grass, dab dry, tap lightly with the back of a knife and cut into pieces. Wash the orange, rub dry and tear off the zest. Cut the orange in half and squeeze
Fill orange juice with water to approx. 1 litre and bring to the boil. Put the tea bags, lemon grass and orange zests in a pot and pour boiling broth over them, let it brew for about 3 minutes
Squeeze the bag lightly and take it out. Pour tea through a sieve and serve
