Beer ham salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 4 Onions
  • 400 g Beer Ham
  • 1 package (200 g) Double cream cream cheese
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 small lettuce

Directions

    Clean and wash radishes and cucumber. Peel onions. Finely dice all ingredients. Quarter beer ham and cut into slices. Mix cream cheese, yoghurt and mayonnaise.

    Mix in the prepared ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash and drain the lettuce leaves and place them in a bowl. Fill in the beer ham salad
