  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 20 g Honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Linseed
  • 2 stem(s) Lemon balm

Directions

    Berries selected. Puree curd, honey, berries, linseed and 300 ml water in a blender. Wash lemon balm, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Pour drink into glasses and decorate with lemon balm.
