Berry rolls with quark (diet)

Ingredients

  • 40 g red currants
  • 30 g Raspberries
  • several sheets Lemon balm
  • 1 (50 g) Wholemeal roll
  • 60 g Buttermilk quark (0,5 % fat)
  • 1 TEASPOON Sea buckthorn thick juice (health food store)

Directions

    Rinse currants, dab dry and scrape off the panicles. Sort the raspberries. Rinse lemon balm and dab dry. Cut the buns horizontally. Spread the curd cheese on the bottom half of the roll.

    Spread the berries on top and sprinkle with sea buckthorn thick juice. Garnish with lemon balm. Serve with the top half of the bread roll.
