Peel the cucumbers, halve them lengthwise and remove the seeds with a tablespoon. Cut the cucumbers into slices. Wash the tomatoes.
Heat a large pan without fat. Fry the meat for 5-8 minutes while turning it. Remove.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat, briefly sauté the cucumbers in it. Add tomatoes and 200 ml water, bring to the boil. Simmer covered for 4-6 minutes.
Add cream and meat and heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange the cucumber gyros pan with tzatsiki. Roasted baguette tastes good with it.
