Fixed gyro pan with string beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 600 g ready pickled gyros meat (fresh counter)
  • 150 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Wash and clean the beans and cut them into wide pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Wash the tomatoes.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the gyros in it for about 5 minutes. Fold in beans and tomatoes. Add cream, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

    Tsatsiki, pepperoni and French fries or flatbread taste good with it.
