Ingredients

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts
  • 100 g carrot, 1 onion
  • 1 tsp (5 g) oil, salt, pepper
  • 1/4 Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 50 g Salmon ham (no fat)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sauce thickener
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped parsley

Directions

    Peel or clean and wash the potatoes, sprouts and carrot. Dice potatoes and carrot. Peel and chop the onion. Fry everything in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season. Pour on broth. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes

    Cut the ham into strips. Thicken vegetable stock and season to taste. Sprinkle ham and parsley over it
