Crackers with cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 300 g cream cheese (60%)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 12 Crackers
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped parsley, caraway, paprika, salad and radish

Directions

    Stir cream cheese, milk and lemon juice until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour cream cheese into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt onto the crackers. Sprinkle the crackers with parsley, caraway or paprika. Arrange 3 crackers on each plate. Garnish with salad and radishes
