  • 600 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon (approx. 6 tablespoons)

Directions
