Dab meat dry and cut into thin strips.

Clean and wash the chard and cut into wide strips. Wash, halve, core and finely chop the chilli. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry chard in it.
Deglaze with approx. 100 ml water. Add chilli and stew covered for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat well all around. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry briefly. Remove the meat. Add 75 ml water and stir in honey. Sprinkle meat with the meat mixture.
Mix rice with peanut kernels. Arrange everything.
