Ingredients

  • 20 raw shrimps without head (about 50 g each)
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel the shrimps, except for the tail fin, cut lengthwise on the back and remove the dark intestine. Wash the shrimps and dab them dry. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.

    Fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes while turning. Fry the garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
